CX Solutions provides Customer Experience Support on behalf of a US-based Energy (Hydro) client. We leverage our skills and training in Customer Experience to respond to inquiries and requests, providing exceptional customer experience effectively and efficiently through each customer interaction and all contact channels (phone, email & chat).
We are expanding our Contact Centre division! This role is located in our Centre of Excellence in Downtown Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. We require local applicants who are able to work in our modern and safe work environment, and who are also flexible to Work from Home if, and as needed. Please note that training and initial work location will be in the office.

The Role:
• Explain billing procedures, service charges, fees and programs to our customers.
• Correct all billing-related errors, including meter readings and changes to customer information records.
• Provide customers with information about various customer-oriented programs, directing them to the appropriate source as
• Handle multi-media customer and prospective customer
• interactions is a friendly, courteous, accurate and effective
• manner in keeping with the instructions provided by our clients.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the correct methods and systems.
You have:
• Proven customer support experience.
• Strong phone contact handling and active listening skills.
• Must demonstrate proficiency in use of standard office software and written and oral communication skills with good typing proficiency.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely and
have a strong desire to delight customers through positive
and productive interactions.
• High School Diploma or GED is required. Two years of
customer service experience or a two-year degree in a
related field preferred.
• The ability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate our
client is required.
