ZPI Announces AOM World Ecosystem Luanched To Improve It Service Providers In The Technology Lifecycle Management Area – Digital Journal

Hi, what are you looking for?
Zepol Productions, Inc. (ZPI) launched AOM World today at the Acronis #CyberFit Summit 2021 conference in Miami, Florida.
AOM World is entering the “Alternative to OEM Maintenance” (AOM) Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) field with a focus on IT service providers that include: Managed Services Providers (MSPs), Cloud Service Providers (CSPs), Value-Added Resellers (VARs), and National Service Providers (NSPs) who want to proactively manage technology assets and extend the life of those assets. AOM World is ecosystem with the above community members.

“AOM World is all about helping service providers make more money by engaging and using technology management best practices. The community members of the AOM World ecosystem will share best practices and benefit from targeted content, educational opportunities and the “cool tool” from the AOM team,” stated Tim Kubiak, managing director at AOM World. “The cool tool is a complimentary asset management tool that helps service providers in several categories including third-party maintenance (TPM) consumption.”
“It’s very easy to join AOM World and you can start your journey to improve your IT asset management. Once there, you can rapidly immerse yourself in AOM World and extend the use of the cool tool to consume TPM at up to 80% off OEM extended warranty prices. The cool tool has been optimized to turn around TPM quotes within minutes, not days, resulting in better customer service.” Said Harry Brelsford, Managing Director at AOM World. “The real secret to making IT service providers successful is the AOM World business model: working with leading distributors. Other TPM providers typically go direct to end-user customers. At AOM World, by going through reputable distributors, we protect our members. Why?  Because a distributor will never have a direct conversation with your end-user customer.”
“Finally, once you join AOM World, the on-boarding team will take it from there to make sure you are taking advantage of all the AOM World resources and tools.” Kubiak concluded. “IT service providers from the enterprise down to the small and medium business (SMB) are welcome to participate in AOM World.
About ZPI:
Austin, Texas-based ZPI’s roots are firmly planted in distribution. That is where our founder, Scott Lopez, built his 25-year career. Scott is responsible for numerous successful exclusive brands including CDW’s Proline and Ingram Micro’s Netpatibles. Third-party programs and private label brands have been a focus of his for over a decade. It was only natural for Scott to expand into third-party maintenance for distribution. Third-party maintenance (TPM) is an area where distribution has struggled to meet demand. Support contract creation has historically been manual and time consuming making it difficult to sell. ZPI has automated the entire process from quote creation to proactive service delivery and created a new category, Alternative to OEM Maintenance (AOM).
