Two examples come to mind for Alexander Behm when he is asked about tough challenges and tests of his leadership.
Not surprisingly, one is his time as a United States Marine Corps sergeant at a forward operating base near Ramadi, Iraq. He led 18 Marines on combat missions, security patrols, and raids.
