NYCEDC unveils City Fellowship cohort and other NYC tech news – New York Business Journal – New York Business Journal

New York City Economic Development Corp. and Company Ventures has unveiled the first cohort selected to join The City Fellowship Program, a public-private initiative that aims to support Black, Indigenous, people of color and women-led small businesses, nonprofits, cooperatives and technology startups.  
NYCEDC said the entrepreneurs selected are focused on improving quality of life in New York City, with an emphasis on economic equity and climate action.
The fellows will gain access to a community of like-minded the entrepreneurs, as well as connection to venture capital, as well as to government, corporate and technological resources.
